Dornan completed the mechanical and electrical fit-out of Block 2 of this new development adjacent to Dublin Airport. The building has some 95,000ft² of office space over two storeys, with a basement car park.

• 40,000l Cold Water storage system including 5000l Mains Water Break.
• Tank serving Mains and Cold Water Supply.
• Cylon BMS Control System.
• 4.38m² Tubular Solar collector system and 500l Pre-heat Cylinder.
• 60kw Boiler serving all landlords heating and hot water services.
• Landlord Toilet Extract System.
• Radiator and Trench Heating System within Landlord Areas.
