Project Description
Mechanical and electrical Shell and Core and CAT A fit-out of existing commercial office building, located at the western side of the Broadgate Estate in the City of London.
The project will entail the refurbishment of 1 Finsbury Avenue, providing a shell & core suitable for up to four tenant units per floor on levels 1 to 7. The project will retain existing building plant and equipment along with adding new plant and equipment.
