The Finale of The Dornan Group Awards 2023

2023 was a tremendous year for Dornan, bringing success, jubilation, and a great sense of achievement all round, especially for a select number of individuals who shone above the rest.

As part of our Dornan Group Awards 2023, we celebrated countless individuals for their dedication and outstanding commitment to their profession and organisation; we recognised, rewarded and revered the individuals who demonstrated outstanding qualities and were an embodiment of Dornan’s Core Values of Safety, Quality, Dependability, Integrity and Pride, and are a true reflection of what Dornan represents.

In 2023, we introduced several new award categories, in which we received a record number of nominations – 361 to be exact, so thank you to everyone who voted! We hope to exceed this figure once more, breaking the record again in the Dornan Group Awards 2024.

As a Group, we truly appreciate our employees and place great significance on their value and the input they provide to the business. Without our employees, nothing would be possible, and to that, we say thank you; thank you to every single one of our employees for their continued dedication, hard work and commitment to Dornan.

We would also like to say a huge congratulations to all our winners and runners-up – their immense achievement did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely pleased to recognise and reward their achievements, as part of our Dornan Group Awards 2023.

Also, for the first time at Dornan, we are recognising our employee’s service with the Company through the Long Service Award. This award honours individuals who have dedicated 10 or more years of their professional lives to Dornan. This award recognises their exceptional loyalty to Dornan, and we commend all employees who have surpassed milestones of 10, 15, 20, or 25 years’ service with the Company, with individual awards being issued for each significant achievement.
