Our EHS Team recently hosted a Hand Safety Campaign in the Netherlands.

Participants were asked to wear a glove, place water-based paint on their glove and print their painted glove onto a Dornan coriboard to symbolise that ‘Safety is in our DNA’ by making a commitment to Hand Safety on the project.

The EHS team also placed some ‘Hand Safety’ facts onto each piece of coriboard to highlight, unfortunately, how prevalent hand injuries can be.  During the campaign, the participants were also invited to utilise a glove sizing guide to ensure they were wearing the correct size gloves.

The Dornan EHS team would like to truly thank our clients, and on-site contractors who willingly participated and committed to ‘Safety is in our DNA’. A successful campaign with smiles all around – ‘Safety served with a smile’!
