The building is an existing office building comprising of 15 storeys (Sub-basement, Basement, Embankment Level, Mezzanine, Strand Level and First to Tenth Floor). The building is 42.0m high from access level to the topmost occupied floor level.
The landlord and CAT A areas proposed to be refurbished are as follows:
– Modifications of Strand and Embankment entrances
– Provision of an entrance pavilion at the Strand entrance
– Provision of part-enclosed terraces in the lightwells at Strand and Embankment Level

– Existing riser modification Basement—Tenth floor
